Answer : You can register by clicking on the "Sign Up" link at the top right corner of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions, provide your payment mode details and submit the registration information.

Q : Are there any charges for registration?

Answer : No charges or hidden fees

Q : Do I have to necessarily register to shop on Lankancart.com?

Answer : You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in

Q : Can I add more than one delivery address in an account?

Answer : Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses in your Lankancart account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address. If you want different products delivered to different address you need to place them as separate orders.

Q : Can I have multiple accounts for members in my family with different mobile number and email address but same or common delivery address?

Answer : Yes, you can have multiple users with same delivery address

Q : How do I reset my password?

Answer : Forget Password > You will get a Link in email address once you click it, it will ask you to add the new password.

Q : What are the modes of payment?

Answer : Mentioned below are the following options of payment: -

  • Cash on delivery
  • Credit cards (Visa or master)

Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card on Lankancart.com? Yes, it is 100% safe to use credit cards and debit cards on our website What is the meaning of cash on delivery? Means you pay when you receive what you have ordered. If I pay by credit card how do I get the amount back for items not delivered? You can get in touch with our customer service to refund the balance to your account.

Q : When will I receive my order?

Answer : Within 3 to 5 days.

: How do I change the delivery info (address to which I want products delivered)?

Answer : You can change your delivery address on our website once you log into your account. Click on “My Account” at the top right hand corner and go to the “Update My Profile” section to change your delivery address.

Q : Do you deliver in my area?

Answer : You can check it in the pick your location slot.

Q : Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed?

Answer : Yes our customer our team will get in touch with you if there is a delay with your order.

Q : What is the minimum order for free delivery?

Answer : AED 100

Q : How do I check which items were not available from my order? Will someone inform me about the items unavailable in my order before delivery?

Answer : We try to make sure the inventory at the store is always updated so that your order can be fulfilled at all times. However, in case an item you ordered is unavailable at the store you selected, our order fulfilment team will notify you of the same in quick time.

 

Q : When and how can I cancel an order?

Answer : When the order is on the processing stage (you can check the status of your order through our track your order system). Cash on delivery orders will have a cancellation charge of 10%. What You Receive Is What You Pay For. At the time of delivery, we advise you to kindly check every item as in the invoice. Please report any missing item that is invoiced. As a benefit to our customers, if you are not available at the time of order delivery or you haven’t checked the list at the time of delivery we provide a window of 48hrs to report missing items. This is applicable only for items that are invoiced.
