Delivery Policy
We at LankanCart
know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest
condition and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your
products to you as early as possible.
- The
order will be delivered to you on the selected delivery date or if the
order contains pre-order items it will be delivered to you on the
pre-order available date
- Delivery
charges:
- Other Emirates except Dubai and Sharjah minimum order value is AED 100 with AED15 delivery charge.
- Dubai and Sharjah Minimum order value is AED50 with AED15 delivery charge. If the value is above AED150 the delivery is free ( For Dubai and Sharjah only)
- The
whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the
order is canceled or lost in transit by us.
Cancellation Policy
Lankancart.com
reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as
per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will
ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable
refund will be made in a reasonable time.
Cash On Delivery Policy
As per the Cash
on Delivery policy:
- To
avail COD Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for COD.
- You
cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
- If
the product is open, do not accept the order.
- No
credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery.
- Customer
can choose to via “Paylink by Point Checkout” at the time of delivery
incase cash is not available for payment.
Using Cash Back & Promo
Codes/Coupons
- Cashback
Promo Code may not be applicable for all the products on the website.
- Special
coupons should be redeemed within the limited period, and validity once
expired, cannot be extended later.
- Two
offers cannot be clubbed together using the Promo Code.
- Lankancart.com
reserves the right to cancel any promotional 'Promo Code' and the
transactions in which they are used. (This is not applicable on Cashback
Promo Codes)
- Cash
back and Promo Code Coupon cannot be clubbed together to avail an offer at
Lankancart.com. This means, if the Promo Code is used in an offer,
Cashback cannot be generated.
- Cash
back amount is subject to change at the sole discretion Lankancart.com.
